A UK responsible person is established in the UK and has the authority to act as a liaison between the manufacturer based outside the UK and national authorities in the UK.

EU/UK responsible person

An EU/UK responsible person has the authority to act as a liaison between the manufacturer based outside the EU or outside the UK and national authorities in both the EU and UK. They are established in both the EU and the UK.
