Support Hanna: 3D printing life-saving parts in Ukraine

Help us support our Ukrainian colleague Hanna as she 3D prints critical components for the Ukrainian army and medical care.

Meet Hanna

Hanna is our virtual assistant at 24hour-AR, based in Zaporizhzhia, a city near the front lines in Ukraine. Her hometown is regularly targeted by drone attacks. For us, the war isn’t just on the news – we hear about it directly from Hanna.

What Hanna does

Beyond her work with us, Hanna dedicates her time to rescuing dogs displaced by the war and using her personal 3D printer to produce vital parts for the Ukrainian army and medical field.

We’ve already supported her by donating a second 3D printer and material, but demand is outpacing her capacity.

How it works

A dedicated website lists the most needed parts. Hanna selects parts she’s able to print and ships them to the front lines once they’re ready.

How you can help

Printing and parts demand far exceeds supply. Here’s how you can directly support Hanna’s efforts:

  • Donate a large 3D printer – €350 (for urgent, larger parts)
  • Donate a small 3D printer – €205
  • Donate plastic filament – €50 for 6kg
  • Donate time – €20 supports 1 hour of Hanna’s printing work, so she doesn’t have to take on other jobs

What’s next

This initiative has just started, but we’re already exploring how to scale it. We’re working on a dedicated website, professional donation options, and setting up a formal foundation to manage everything transparently.

We believe that real impact starts close to home. Besides a colleague, Hanna is part of our team and our story. Through this project, we have the chance to turn our work into something deeper: supporting someone we know and trust, while contributing directly to a country that needs it most. This is our way of standing with her, and showing that even small efforts can make a meaningful difference.
