Complete the AR agreement:
- Setup to be your authorised representative for one year.
Documentation verification:
- Verify declarations (e.g., declaration of conformity, performance, or incorporation) and technical documentation have been drawn up and conform to the requirements.
- Verify the authenticity of certificates and reports.
Legal use of address:
- We allow the legal use of our address, ensuring your compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth entry into the EU.
File Management:
- Add new files every three months at no extra cost.
- Secure storage for at least 10 years in a European database.
Market surveillance support:
- Handle documentation requests from authorities and inform you promptly.
- Communicate with you to address product risks and collaborate on solutions.
- Manage recall registration in the Safety Gate portal for voluntary or forced recalls.
- Translate technical files upon request from MSAs.
- Forward client communication addressed to us, ensuring you don’t miss anything important.
